I’ve been playing the piano for hours every day for a few weeks now. And sitting at every piano I find in public places — with or without permission. I find no one complains if you play something familiar first. As a result the rest of my arts are reawakening. More writing is occurring and more life feels like it’s happening. I just feel like the proverbial muse is self-generated and it’s my job to keep that spark fed, so to speak. If you know any art, may I suggest you practice it at least once a day. For me, it reminds me why I exist, who I am, and pulls me out of the drudgery. Existence without art kind of isn’t exist-y enough, for me at least. #feelinginspired
