It’s a little reassuring that Facebook has no effing clue who I know really. This supposition is based on those “people you may know” lists — they contain no one I know — but maybe they’re meant to mislead me. It could all be part of their plan of lulling me into a sense of security, while they actually know every iota of scraps of thoughts from my secret heart. But then I think about the ads which don’t remotely match my interests.
