The Capitol theater just topped its previous record for how inconsiderate it could be. One-way high-traffic alleyway? Dangerously blocked off, with cones NOT visible from entryway, for no reason except someone wanted to park close by, causing two-way blind traffic. I have just witnessed three separate incidents of people narrowly avoiding accidents. Road? Blocked off, for no better reason than so someone's trailer could be parked there. Box office? Still closed to walk up traffic. I'll bet, tonight, they will even have all of the good parking spaces downtown blocked off again. It's like they want the locals to hate them. I just spent 25 minutes trying to park to get coffee and gave up.
