How I write most of my political posts... First, I see someone else's post and find a huge logical fallacy in their words, but rather than comment, I for whatever reason, decide that direct rebuttal is rude. This is followed by half an hour of reasoning out in my clearest and most concise language what I feel the best expression of that truth is. The final step is either a) I post it and feel the immediate wrath of people I previously thought sane, along with bearing the slings of outrageous trolls that I have never met or b) I discard my post, and hope I can find a way to change minds through my books instead.
